Parfrey’s Glen Engagement Session // Baraboo, WI // Derek + Sierra

All of my clients eventually turn into friends, but there is something so fun about getting to photograph people who are already my friends. My boyfriend was third wheeling with Derek and Sierra long before I came along. And I’m sure glad he was. Because now we all get to be best friends and it’s the most fun. From family dinners to sitting in the hot tub all night to winning big (or losing big) at the casino to deep conversations and now we get to watch these two get hitched. Derek proposed to Sierra in Las Vegas. Steven and I knew it was going to happen so the entire time they were gone we were waiting and waiting for that text that said they were officially engaged!
Derek and Sierra are having a destination wedding in Mexico that I just get to be a guest at. But you better believe I was going to do their engagement photos! They wanted something a little bit different. So we took a little road trip to Baraboo. We walked around Parfrey’s Glen and sipped cinnamon whiskey to stay warm and laughed a lot and got some of the most adorable pictures ever!
