You know the weather is always a gamble in Wisconsin. So a spring time engagement session might mean you have to pivot. Karlie and Connor wanted to do their photos as soon as possible but everything was still a little brown and not quite the prettiest. So we took their engagement shoot downtown and made it chic af. Stevens Point is so underrated! The old buildings downtown made for a gorgeous urban big city feel in their photos. No basic engagement pictures here!

Not only was downtown Stevens Point pulling out all the stops, so were these two! Karlie and Connor were just focused on having fun together. Which always makes for the best photos. I mean look at how freaking cute they are?

My jaw is on the floor! These buildings are so gorgeous. If I didn’t tell you, you would never know that this was in Central Wisconsin. Honestly the best of both worlds. Big city vibes with small town parking ;)

Karlie and Connor did a quick outfit change and brought the vibes! I love a classy dress in front of some gorgeous old buildings. The combination really makes for some timeless and classic feeling engagement photos.

After running around downtown we made our way over to the always fabulous, absolutely amazing Daisy Lounge for cake and cocktails.

I am looooving the trend of the vintage style heart shaped cakes. I think they are so cute and campy. And let’s be honest, every engagement session could use a little more fun.

A gorgeous little cocktail always makes for a great “prop” in photos. And yes, these taste as good as they look.
