This shoot almost didn't happen.
It was raining and muddy and gross out. But then Olivia called me and said "Let's just go for it." We definitely made the right decision. It rained on and off the entire time we were shooting and downpoured at the end. And I'm totally ok with it. There's something so romantic about a little (or a lot) of rain. Olivia and Cal are so fun and laid back, that I think it ended up suiting them perfectly.
Please everyone bring your pets to your shoot. Dogs, cats, pigs, horses. Whatever. I'll probably just play with them the whole time.
We found this fallen tree with the most gorgeous yellow leaves, making a tiny little shelter that I would probably sleep in if I was given the chance.
How to direct your clients:
"Cal, pick Olivia up and just swing her body around. Ok now pretend you're Rose and Jack standing on the Titantic." Boom. Super professional.
These photos are proof that I have the best damn clients in the whole wide world. Seriously. Olivia and Cal are rock stars and obviously super adorable and sweet. Also, not shown is one of my past brides (who happens to be pregnant) holding an umbrella over me and my camera. I really hit the jackpot.
